This session will present the work accomplished by the PIARC Committee during 2020–2023 on the following issues: 1.4.1 Uniform and holistic methodological approaches to resilience against Climate Change and other hazards. 1.4.2 Update of the PIARC International Climate Change Adaptation Framework for Road Infrastructure. The session will be complemented by the results of the call for papers on the following topics: 1. Practical studies to increase the resilience of the road network. 2. Climate change adaptation actions for road infrastructure. 3. Cross-cutting issues of resilience and climate change.
